For tufted works and intricate designs not completed during the workshop, extensions are available at RM25/30 mins, subject to availability.
Rescheduling may be made once to a date within 2 weeks (only to weekdays) from the original appointment date, at least 36 hours before scheduled appointment time. Reschedule slots are subject to availability. Please reach us on Instagram, Tufting Nuts, or at firstname.lastname@example.org for rescheduling.
Once the appointment is rescheduled, refund is not applicable.
No-shows will be considered as slot used and it is not refundable.
Number of days from appointment date and the refund policy
Cancellation 5 days before the appointment date will be charged a 30% handling fee and 70% of the paid amount will be refunded.
Cancellation 4 days before the appointment date will not be refunded.
Our default is self-collection by the customers. However, there is an option that customer can top up to deliver the rug to the door step (Malaysia/Singapore)!
